We offer global delivery. Depending on the artwork and destination, orders are shipped either flat-packed or securely packaged in heavy-duty poster tubes. Shipping rates vary according to the destination, size, and type of artwork.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped by the artist and owner of the gallery, Kristina Knoph Storås.
Each original artwork is individually inspected and securely packaged to help ensure that it arrives safely at its destination.
Giclée Prints
Giclée prints are produced to order.

• Production time: 1–2 working days at Fine Art Print studios.

• Shipping within Norway: approximately 1–2 weeks.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and customs processing.
Gallery-Quality Acrylic Prints
All acrylic prints are exclusive, gallery-quality artworks made to order. Each piece is handcrafted and mounted on 10 mm thick perspex/acrylic.
To ensure your artwork is delivered safely, acrylic prints are shipped using a traceable express courier service, directly from the production facility at Fine Art Print to the customer.

• Production time: approximately 3–5 working days.

• Shipping to Norway: approximately 3 weeks by courier.

Because each acrylic artwork is individually produced and mounted, production and delivery times may vary slightly.
Customs and Norwegian VAT
Premium acrylic prints may be produced and shipped from an international production studio. Orders delivered to Norway may therefore be subject to standard import procedures.
Norwegian VAT: 25% Norwegian import VAT may apply to the shipment and may be collected from the customer upon import.
The courier (for example, DHL, FedEx, or UPS) may invoice the applicable VAT and any customs or handling fees directly to the customer around the time of delivery.
Please note that import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees are imposed by the relevant authorities or shipping company and are not included in the amount paid to our online store, unless expressly stated at checkout.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, courier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
